This document, without detriment of the particular conditions described here, is accepted by the users by the simple fact of accessing the pages in this website.

1. Service level and quality.

SpaceMinds declines any responsibility in the case of possible interruptions or ill-performance of the services, links or contents offered in Internet, whatever their cause might be. SpaceMinds does not accepts any responsibility for failures and/or damages derived from incompatibility of the services and/or contents of SpaceMinds with other services and/or contents and/or programs with which they are not especifically compatible.

2. User commitment to responsible use.

Access to the website and the use of information and contents included in it, are the exclusive responsibility of the those performing it. Therefore, the use that can be done of the information, images, contents and/or documents available and accessible through this site, will be subject to the lawfulness, national or international, aplicable, as well as to the principles of good faith and licit use by the users, who will be entirely responsible of such access and correct use.

3. Prohibition of unsolicited email.

SpaceMinds reserved the rights to immediatly cancel or stop/block, the register of any SpaceMinds User account if it considers, reasonably, that such user transmits or is in any way related with any unsolicited massive email.

4. Intellectual property (IP).

The contents presented by SpaceMinds, as well as the contents available on the web through its webpage, constitute an intellectual property work and therefore are protected by the international laws and agreements aplicable in this subject. Any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, display and, in general, any act of public performance of the pages of the website as well as of its contents and information is forbidden without the express and prior written consent of SpaceMinds. In consecuence, all contents that are included in the different pages of the website and especially, the designs, the texts, the graphics, the logos, the icons, the buttons, the source code, the service marks, the trademarks, the industrial designs or any other sign subject to industrial and comercial use are under the rights of intellectual and/or industrial property of SpaceMinds and/or third party owners who has properly authorized their use and inclusion in the corresponding pages.

4.a. Copyright of the SpaceMinds® Method/Approach (M/A).

The materials and contents related to the SpaceMinds® Method/Approach, are composed of processes and practices, based on Intellectual Proterty (PI) of SpaceMinds. SpaceMinds reserved all industrial and intellectual rights above these documental materials, as these rights are necessary for the performance and development of its business objectives.

4.b. Copyright and use of the SpaceMinds Library.

SpaceMinds allows for individual-personal (non-comercial/non-business) use of the materials and contents (articles, presentations and documents) that are available through its website and with the "Individual/Personal Subscription" to the SpaceMinds Libray, exclusively for non-comercial use. Being explicitly forbidden the creation of derivative works, to distribute or publish these materials in public in any form, known now or developed in the future, without the prior express written authorization of SpaceMinds.

The materials and contents available through the "Platinum Subscription" of the SpaceMinds Library and/or in the "pay-per-view" or "pay-per-copy" mode include a note with the conditions and copyrights of use aplicable in each case.

The materials and contents of SpaceMinds mentioned here are offered on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, explicit or implicit. 7. Registered trademarks and service marks.

SpaceMinds recognizes and respects all registered trademarks and service marks to their respective owners, doing everything possible to quote them properly as aplicable. For this reason, here some frequently referenced marks in this website are explicitly included.

9. Others.

SpaceMinds and the users are independent entities, and nothing in these SpaceMinds Terms, or via use of the SpaceMinds website, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between SpaceMinds and the user.
